Integrations
Install agent hooks with flockr integration, and see which agents flockr supports.
flockr detects agents from the screen without any setup. An integration adds a hook or plugin to the agent so it reports to flockr directly. With one installed, flockr can:
- resume the agent into its own conversation after a server restart (
session.resume_agents_on_restore), - tell a fresh session from one in use, for the dotted ring and
ui.keep_agents_in_use_first, and - for some agents, get working, blocked, and idle straight from the agent instead of from the screen.
Commands
flockr integration install <target> # install an integration
flockr integration uninstall <target> # remove it
flockr integration status # every integration, its version, and its file
flockr integration status --outdated-onlyInstall the agent first. The install fails if the agent's config directory doesn't exist yet, for example: claude directory not found at ... install claude code first.
The installed hook scripts are marked as managed by flockr. Reinstalling or updating an integration overwrites them, so add your own hooks beside them instead of editing them.
You can also install integrations from the integrations section of the settings screen (prefix+s).
Integration targets
These are the targets flockr integration install accepts, with the file each one installs (paths under your home directory):
| Target | Agent | Installed file |
|---|---|---|
pi | pi | ~/.pi/agent/extensions/flockr-agent-state.ts |
omp | omp | ~/.omp/agent/extensions/flockr-omp-agent-state.ts |
claude | Claude Code | ~/.claude/hooks/flockr-agent-state.sh |
codex | Codex | ~/.codex/flockr-agent-state.sh |
copilot | GitHub Copilot CLI | ~/.copilot/hooks/flockr-agent-state.sh |
devin | Devin CLI | ~/.config/devin/flockr-agent-state.sh |
droid | Droid | ~/.factory/hooks/flockr-agent-state.sh |
kimi | Kimi Code | ~/.kimi-code/hooks/flockr-agent-state.sh |
opencode | opencode | ~/.config/opencode/plugins/flockr-agent-state.js |
kilo | Kilo | ~/.config/kilo/plugin/flockr-agent-state.js |
hermes | Hermes Agent | ~/.hermes/plugins/flockr-agent-state/__init__.py |
qodercli | qodercli | ~/.qoder/hooks/flockr-agent-state.sh |
qwen | Qwen Code | ~/.qwen/hooks/flockr-agent-session.sh |
cursor | Cursor Agent CLI | ~/.cursor/flockr-agent-state.sh |
mastracode | mastracode | ~/.mastracode/hooks/flockr-agent-state.sh |
antigravity-cli | Antigravity CLI (agy) | ~/.gemini/config/hooks/flockr-agent-state.sh |
grok | Grok CLI | ~/.grok/hooks/flockr-agent-state.sh |
letta | Letta Code (experimental) | ~/.letta/hooks/flockr-agent-session.sh |
flockr integration status prints, for each integration, the exact path on your machine, whether it is installed, and its version.
Agents flockr detects
Screen detection works with or without an integration. The detection rules bundled with flockr cover: pi, claude, codex, gemini, cursor, devin, agy, cline, opencode, copilot, kimi, kiro, droid, amp, grok, hermes, kilo, qodercli, qwen, letta, maki, and muse.
List the active rules and their versions:
flockr server agent-manifestsRules ship with each release. flockr does not download rules between releases, so flockr server update-agent-manifests is disabled. flockr server reload-agent-manifests reloads local overrides.
Starting an agent from the CLI
flockr agent start starts a supported agent in an existing pane that is at its shell prompt, gives it a name, and returns once the agent is ready for input:
flockr agent start reviewer --kind codex --pane w1:p3
flockr agent prompt reviewer "Review the current diff" --wait--kind accepts: pi, claude, codex, gemini, cursor, devin, agy, cline, omp, mastracode, opencode, copilot, kimi, kiro, droid, amp, grok, hermes, kilo, qodercli, qwen, letta, maki, and muse. Pass the agent's own arguments after --. The default wait for readiness is 30000 ms (--timeout, up to 300000).
Per-agent sounds
flockr plays a sound when an agent changes state in a background space. Turn it off for one agent in [ui.sound.agents] with "default", "on", or "off". droid is muted by default.
[ui.sound.agents]
droid = "off"
codex = "on"If an agent's state looks wrong
- Check that its integration is installed and current:
flockr integration status. - Ask flockr why it chose the state:
flockr agent explain <pane-id>.
